How does the introductory payment work?
- Pay ₹2,499 total upfront for the first two months. The period starts on successful payment.
- Then ₹2,499/month per location from month three. Standard onboarding and GST included.
- After payment is confirmed, see the exact renewal date in Settings → Billing. Connecting accounts later does not change it.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
- Eligibility depends on your account, region and Meta’s requirements.
- Personal numbers may need WhatsApp Business. Keep your current setup until we review and test the connection.
Which accounts do I need?
- Google: owner or manager access to your Business Profile.
- WhatsApp: an eligible Meta business account and permission to connect your number.
- Features activate after connection and required approvals.
How does my team take over?
- Take over in the inbox; AI replies pause.
- Your team sees the conversation, enquiry and next step together.
What does follow-up mean?
- Assign an enquiry to a teammate with a next action and due date.
- See today’s, upcoming and overdue tasks in the dashboard. Your team sends the customer’s next message from the inbox.
- Saving a follow-up does not send a customer message or a separate staff reminder.
Is a business page included?
- Yes. Growth includes a business page hosted on ViziGrow.
- Custom websites and your own domain are separate.
What does setup need?
- Approved hours, location, services, prices and common answers.
- Account access, Google verification, Meta eligibility and any outbound template approvals.
- Connection and reply testing before going live.
What are the usage limits?

What happens if AI pauses?
- Automatic replies may pause when your team takes over, a question needs a person or a daily AI cost safeguard is reached.
- The conversation stays in your inbox. Your team can reply and resume AI when ready.
- For a cost safeguard, connection issue or provider limit, contact support; resuming alone does not resolve the underlying cause.
Are WhatsApp charges separate?
- Meta bills chargeable outbound WhatsApp messages directly. No ViziGrow markup.
- WhatsApp charges are separate; no prepaid message credit is included.

Does one subscription cover multiple stores?
- One subscription per store, using its own Google profile and WhatsApp Business account.
What happens after two months, or if I cancel?
- Monthly renewal starts at ₹2,499/month per location from month three.
- Cancel renewal in Settings → Billing before your next billing date. Access stays until your paid period ends.
- Cancelling renewal keeps your account and data. Account deletion is a separate action.
Are appointments booked automatically?
- Enquiries are recorded; your team confirms appointments.
- Automatic booking, calendar sync and custom integrations are outside the standard plan.
