1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the ViziGrow product or website (vizigrow.com) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the product. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
2. What ViziGrow is
ViziGrow is a software service that helps Indian small businesses set up and maintain their online visibility — primarily Google Business Profile (GBP), a free landing page, AI-drafted content (descriptions, services, FAQs, posts, review replies), and structured guidance on directory citations.
3. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to represent the business you onboard.
- Sign-in is via a one-time SMS code to your mobile phone. Keep your phone secure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for the use of AI-generated content you publish.
4. AI-generated content
ViziGrow uses AI (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate text for your business — descriptions, service lists, FAQs, posts, review replies, and similar. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you publish it. We make a best effort to produce accurate, brand-appropriate text grounded in the information you provide, but we make no warranty that AI output is error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for any specific purpose.
5. Google Business Profile (OAuth)
If you choose to connect your Google account to publish content directly to your Google Business Profile, you grant ViziGrow access to the GBP listings you authorize, scoped to the business.manage OAuth scope. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. You are responsible for compliance with Google's Business Profile guidelines regarding any content you publish through ViziGrow.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ViziGrow to publish false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information about a business.
- Misrepresent ownership of a business — only the legitimate owner or authorized representative may onboard a business.
- Use ViziGrow to violate any law or regulation, including Indian consumer protection law, intellectual property law, or telecommunications law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from ViziGrow outside of legitimate product usage.
- Use ViziGrow to generate review-spam, fake reviews, or content that violates platform policies (Google, WhatsApp, etc.).
7. Pricing
ViziGrow is free during the public pilot. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; existing users will be notified in advance and given a reasonable transition window. Premium and Ultra tiers offered today are concierge / managed-service options delivered by our team — not self-serve features.
8. Termination
You can stop using ViziGrow at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — typically after notice and an opportunity to cure, but immediately in the case of clear fraud, abuse, or harm to other users or third parties.
9. Disclaimers
ViziGrow is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — for example, that your business will rank in Google Maps "near me" searches at any particular position, that any specific number of reviews will be generated, or that any specific revenue or traffic result will follow from using the product. Google Business Profile verification, ranking, and policy decisions are made by Google and are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViziGrow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of the product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of ₹1,000 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ViziGrow harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights — including content you publish via ViziGrow that infringes someone else's rights or violates platform policies.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product and the regulatory landscape evolve. Material changes will be announced in-product and via the updated date below. Continued use of ViziGrow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
